Jordan Start small. I put my phone in another room during meals and before bed. Those two changes alone made a huge difference.
Lisa I deleted social media apps and only check them on computer during designated times. Much more intentional that way.
Sam Turn off all non essential notifications. Your phone should serve you not constantly demand attention.
Alex I use Do Not Disturb feature way more now. Most things can wait and constant pings were keeping my nervous system activated.
Alex D Mindful consumption is key. I unfollowed accounts that made me feel worse and followed more positive mental health content instead.
