Lisa Does anyone else feel like they are just faking their way through work and everyone is going to figure out you do not actually know what you are doing? This feeling is consuming me.
Sam Imposter syndrome is incredibly common especially among high achievers. The fact that you care about doing well actually shows competence not incompetence.
Jamie I feel this so deeply. I keep waiting for someone to realize I have no idea what I am doing even though I have been successful for 2 years.
Marcus Keep a wins document. Every time you accomplish something or get positive feedback write it down. When imposter syndrome hits you have evidence.
Alex D Everyone is learning as they go. The people who seem most confident are often just better at hiding uncertainty.
Lisa Thank you for these responses. It helps knowing I am not the only one who feels this way sometimes.
